Job-Agent (job-agent.app) is a product of PC Solutions (pc-solutions.eu), operating under Spanish law. Registered address and contact: hello@job-agent.app.
2. The Service
Job-Agent provides AI-assisted tools for job seekers: CV-based Memory Core extraction, job-description-adapted resume and cover letter generation, gap analysis, interview preparation, and related features described at job-agent.app/pricing.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. AI-generated output is a starting point for your own review and editing — it does not constitute professional career or legal advice. Job-Agent does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the service for your own lawful job search activities.
4. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@job-agent.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of abuse or fraud.
5. Plans, Billing & Refunds
Pricing is listed at job-agent.app/pricing. All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Free tier — no payment required. One signup bonus pack, no monthly recurrence.
- 90-day Pass — one-time purchase, no auto-renewal. Access expires 90 days after purchase.
- Standard / Annual — recurring subscription. Cancel any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Interview Emergency — one-time purchase, 7-day access to 3 prep briefs.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. This right is waived when you explicitly request immediate access to the service and the service has been delivered. By clicking "Get" on any paid plan, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right no longer applies once the service has been used.
To request a refund for unused credits or in cases of technical failure preventing service delivery, contact hello@job-agent.app. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of request.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content that misrepresents your qualifications to employers.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or pipeline.
- Share account credentials or resell access to the service.
- Use automated scripts to generate bulk output beyond normal job search use.
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the CV content, job descriptions, and any other material you upload or paste into the service. By using Job-Agent you grant PC Solutions a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the service to you.
AI-generated output (adapted resumes, cover letters, prep briefs) is made available to you for your personal use. PC Solutions does not claim ownership of this output.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share your content with third parties except as required to deliver the service (see Privacy Policy §6 — Subprocessors).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PC Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of job opportunities. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. In the event of extended outages affecting paid plans, credits may be issued at our discretion.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree, you may delete your account before the changes take effect.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence within the EU.
